Loved the spaciousness of our room in the Old Town! Super clean and comfy bed. The only downside was the food smell from the restaurant below. a great stay! 😄

I was met at the train station by Mila's husband who took me to the guesthouse which is just off the main square in the Old Town and moments from the promenade. The room was large, well furnished and extremely comfortable. Breakfast is at a cafe around the corner (you get a voucher) but that was fine and breakfast good. There is a Konzum right across the lane from the guesthouse which is very convenient. This is a great place to stay and very reasonably priced. Compared to the place I stayed in Dubrovnik on the same trip it was heaven!

A very nice place right in the heart of Split. Mila beeing a very friendly and serviceminded host (pick-up, good advice, luggage storage and a welcoming bottle of wine). Great location, good wifi connection, tv and safty box. Highly recommendable.

My honest journey to loving this
The location is fantastic, right off the main square with all bars and eateries nearby yet surprisingly peaceful. Our host was unbelievably helpful, offering great dining recommendations and arranging our airport transfer seamlessly!

Great service, modern and great hotel.
Very comfortable overall experience. Everything was perfect, including excellent staff and FANTASTIC location so close to everything. Modern room with a good bathroom and a fridge, a seating area, and a writing table. Very comfy beds.

I was soooo looking forward to my stay, but it was quite underwhelming. The food smell from the restaurant below was horrid. I woudl ve been pleased with a welcome gift for putting up with the not-so-great shower size. They missed a golden opportunity to impress me, but i just couldn't recommend this hotel.

Double room with air conditioning, King bed and balcony was ready when we arrived. We had an electric kettle and a fridge in the room...

Mobile phone , proximity to supermarkets and cafes, quiet environment despite central location
Wi-Fi connectivity issues were frustrating at times!!! Cramped bathrooms detract from comfort!!! Limited views from balconies left me underwhelmed!!! Poor maintenance in shower temperature made for inconsistent experiences!!!

Whilst suites have no reception area the entire stay was well managed by phone, to which there was an immediate response, & personal, friendly, intelligent service by owner. No time wasted with directions to suites, instead one was met by owner @ point of arrival with a sign with ones name. This was reassuring & it meant an effortless introduction to Prior Luxury Suites only a 5-10 min walk, but via a convoluted city layout. This was most welcomed. Rooms are also very safe/secure & charmingly decorated in modern, fresh decor. Very pleasant stay, to which I have returned after several days away.

Great location and close to everything to see and do in Split. Mila, the owner was very warm and friendly. Since there is no car access close to the hotel, she and her colleague came to meet us at the car while it was pouring rain. While she led our friends and me to the hotel with our bags, her associate accompanied my husband to a car park. They gave us a bottle of local wine and box of cookies for each room to welcome us. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was nice and modern. There is no elevator in the building, but the rooms are located just one flight up in the converted apartment building. While there is no reception desk, contact with Mila and staff is by cell phone, but they are very responsive. The breakfast voucher is at a cafe in the main square just steps from the apartment. Mila and her husband just opened this small 5 room hotel in May, and we are sure they will do well. The location is central and their kindness and attention noteworthy.
The decor is very simple and pleasant and the cafe table and chairs are very cute, but more comfortable chairs would be a plus.

Service was excellent. Room was beautifully set out. Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Mila, our host, and her husband were very soliticious and accomodating. They noticed it was my husband's birthday and they surprised us with a bottle of white wine to celebrate! Would highly recommend. Enjoyed our stay immensly!
Nothing negative to say. All wonderful!

Location! Location! close to evrything we needed to see and do. Friendliness of the owners. They came to meet us at the Ferry while it was raining and windy and we appreciate it their kind thought very much. Renata brought us a bottle of local wine to welcome us. Spacious and clean room. Much enjoyed the place. Highly recommended!!
The room needed a warmer touch, i.e. pictue on the walls. But we understand that it was newly renovated and probably still things to do. The room was a bit dark - even though we had a window, it was above a roof and close to next wall of building. This is a tiny inconvenience compared to all the positive!
